In January the name of the game was denim and leggings.  That’s pretty much all I’m wearing too.  Let’s dive in to your January favorites.

Lounge Leggings

These leggings are the best of both worlds.  Comfortable enough to feel like sweats, but supportive enough to work out in.  They’re like Lululemon’s Align Pant but 10 times better because they don’t pill, don’t stretch out, don’t snag on things and come in fun colors.

I want the seafoam color next.

Workout Leggings

These leggings are my favorite to work out in.  Super supportive without feeling too tight.  I’ve tested every pair that Lululemon offers, and this fabric is the BEST.  It’s lightweight, breathes well and doesn’t stretch.  I don’t buy anything else for workouts.

Skinny jeans under $100

These are dubbed a skinny, but they are more of a slim straight leg.  Made from 100% cotton they have a super lived-in, vintage vibe.

With almost 200 reviews and a solid 5-stars, you know the fit is perfection.

Top 5 Favorites – November 2020

It’s no surprise that half of your Top 5 Favorites from November were part of my Holiday Gifts Guides.  And that’s awesome!  I had so much fun purchasing all of the items on this Gift Guide for my family and friends.

Combat boots and I have a long-standing love affair.  It’s no wonder I added another pair to my closet this season.  This is one of my fave sites for indie designers that sell quality products without the price tag.  They have an excellent selection of combat boots.  I may have to get these babies too.

Foundation Brush

This year I added quite a few new denim brands to my collection.  This brand offers 6 signature styles and I did a full breakdown on which style is best for different occasions (every day, dress up) and body types.

These skinny jeans are super comfortable and make a great everyday jean.

Leather Handbag

This ruched leather bag was part of Net-a-Porter’s seasonal sale and it really caught your collective eye.  The textured silhouette has Bottega vibes but is more practical thanks to the top handle.  Plus, it’s a fraction of the price.  I adore this color for fall.

Comfiest Bra Ever and Straight Leg Jeans

I think these last two should have a permanent spot on the list because they get repeated so often.

Anytime this bra goes on sale rest assured I’ll alert you.  It comes in 5 colors and is honestly the only bra I wear now.  I love the removable pads and fully adjustable shoulder straps.

These jeans flatter EVERY body type.  I wrote a full review here, but would say they run TTS.  If you are in between sizes, size down.

Top 5 Favorites – September 2020

Wow, last month flew by.

While it’s pumpkin season, the temps in SoCal are anything but crisp.  I’m so ready for the heat to end.  Bring on sweater weather!

Tinted Moisturizer

This is a new beauty discovery that I adore.  Why?

1. It could easily replace my foundation (the coverage is THAT good).

2. It looks and feels like you’re not wearing anything at all.  I LOVE that.  Super breathable and comfortable to wear.

3. It’s green beauty.

4. It can be found at Target!  And it’s under $30!

High Waist Jeans

There are TONS of reviews about these jeans.  They absolutely have a cult following.  Are they worth it?  100%

Despite confusing reviews, they absolutely look good on every body.   I wrote a full breakdown here with sizing info, fit tips and styling how-to’s.

High Waist Bikini

This high waist bikini is the hero bathing suit of the summer.  And for good reason.  No matter your body type, this silhouette is super flattering.  Short ladies get their legs elongated, curvy ladies show off their assets while still getting ample support, and long and lean bodies benefit from definition.

I have it in red and wear a Small in both the top and bottom.  I’d say it runs TTS, but if you’re in between sizes, size up.

Hair Ties

I’ve mentioned these hair ties in blog posts and on Instagram.  They will change your life.  They never lose their shape/hold and are super comfortable to wear.  No ripped or tangled hair with these.

Comfiest Bra Ever

I think this bra should just have a standing position on this list because it comes back as your favorite month after month.  I stocked up during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.  This is the ONLY bra I wear.

Top 5 Favorites – August 2020

And just like that September is half over!  I totally forgot to post Your Top 5 Favorites from last month.  I love this series because your favorites always tend to be items with fantastic cost-per-wear.

Your Top 5 Favorites from August

I decided to clean out my pajama drawer and start fresh.  Two of the sets I purchased made your favorites list in August.

First, these fun zebra pjs.

I ADORE this brand.  These pajamas are incredibly comfortable and they’re made from organic cotton.  They make men’s, women’s, kids and even pet jammies!

I will absolutely be purchasing another pair.  Check out their short sleeve and shorts set for a summer pj.

These washable silk pajamas also topped the list.

I tried these on years ago in New York and waited to pull the trigger until now.  Yes, you do have to let them air dry after putting them in the washing machine, but they are SO worth it.

I love the slit on the legs (so comfy for sleeping).  The cami is double lined in the bust and could easily be worn with jeans and blazer for a super chic look.

Do yourself a favor and get them.  You won’t regret it.

Comfiest bra ever.


This bra has made your Top 5 Favorites list 4 times.  And with good reason.  It’s the most comfortable bra ever.  Enough said.

I own the racerback version and the normal version.  Get several of them and never wear another bra.

Hair Ties

One of my best Amazon purchases of ALL TIME.  They don’t stretch out.  They don’t pinch, pull or rip your hair.  They’re totally seamless.

Best $10 you’ll ever spend.

High Waisted Bikini


I hadn’t refreshed my swimwear collection since before having a baby (minus a couple one-pieces after she was born).

This bikini is super flattering thanks to the sexy, yet supportive top, and it has great support in the high waist bottoms.  It comes in 9 colors (4 of which are on sale).

Trust me when I say I loathe wearing bathing suits and this one makes me feel happy and confident.
