Comfy, Flat Sandals

These come in a rainbow of colors (seriously, 10 colors!) and are the comfiest sandals I’ve probably ever worn. They have cushioned insoles and can be dressed up or down.

Comfy, Heeled Sandals

Speaking of comfy sandals, these should win an award.  Not only do they look so much more expensive than they are, but you can wear them for hours.  They too have a padded insole.

Denim Cutoffs

These made the list two months in a row and I won’t be surprised if they go for a third.  The longer inseam (4 inches) is super flattering and comfortable.  They are my favorite denim cutoffs.

Target Beauty Finds

When Ulta Beauty launched at Target, I shared two of my go-to products on Instagram.  My favorite eye patches and self-tanner.  I loved being able to pick up both in the aisles at Target instead of waiting for an online order.  Yay for convenience!

Lounge Set

This lounge set comes in multiple colors and looks so chic. I love that it has a summer version, so you can swap shorts and a short-sleeved sweatshirt in warmer months.

It’s honestly one of the best loungewear investments I’ve made.  You will look so pulled together in this set.

Denim Cutoffs

I wrote a review of these here.  They have replaced my former fave pair thanks to the longer length (4-inch inseam).  HIGHLY recommend these.

Comfy Sandals

These sandals are SUPER comfy and strike a great balance between chic and casual.  They come in 10 colors and run TTS.  Stay tuned for how I styled mine later this week!

Aviator Sunglasses

These sunnies have a classic aviator shape, but with a little more edge thanks to the no-wire frame.  They are incredibly lightweight and comfortable to wear, and clock in at $65.

Vacation Dress

When I wear this dress, I feel like I’m vacationing in a tropical paradise.  I adore it because it’s 100% cotton and super comfy.  It can be dressed up with heels or worn casually with sneakers or sandals.  This brand has tons of other fabulous print dresses, many of which are on sale.

Everyone needs a great little white dress.  This one is 100% cotton.  The styling options are endless and it’s 40% off!

Affordable Summer Sandals

Summer sandalsIf you’ve read In Spades before, you know I’m a fall/winter girl when it comes to fashion.  So it’s not surprising that except for these, I haven’t updated my summer sandal collection in about 10 years!  While I love the sustainability aspect of this, it’s definitely time for a refresh.

I’ve been scouring the internet for comfortable, flat sandals and here are my faves.

This dress and these mules are my favorite summer sale purchases.

I’m a big fan of LoveShackFancy dresses.  They are 100% cotton (washable), comfortable and stay cool in warm summer months.  This one comes in blue, pink, white and yellow.

Amina Muaddi is a shoe designer that has totally captured my heart.  Her playful mules come in tons of fun colors and materials and I’m coveting a pair of her boots for winter.

This would make a fabulous date night look.  I am looking forward to putting on something fancy (i.e. this) and hitting the town.

I love a good sun dress moment especially when it’s a throwback.  I picked up this 90’s inspired floral sun dress from Vocabulary boutique.  If that sounds familiar, well, it should.  I’ve been shopping at Vocabulary since almost the start of In Spades.  Over the years I’ve had the great pleasure to become close friends with its owner, Cecelia.

Cecelia is one of those ‘light up the room’ people with boundless energy and a heart the size of Texas (even though she’s from Michigan). Some of my favorite Vocabulary moments can be found here, here and here.

This dress did just that for me.  I love that it can be edgy and sweet at the same time.  Paired with another local favorite – Dear Survivor earrings – and a platform tennis shoes, it’s the perfect casual summertime look

It would also look amazing with Chuck Taylors and a jean jacket, or dressed up with platform heels, a high pony and a straw clutch.
