Jumpsuit, playsuit, romper. I initially thought I’d wear this silky pajama getup to lounge around the house. But the fit is too good to be locked indoors. Dress it up with heels or dress it down with a panama hat and flat sandals, this has become my new favorite summer go-to. Commence play.

You always remember your first. The SA that helped me find these had originally purchased them for his mom.  Along with six other pairs she didn’t like. Thankfully one woman’s junk is another woman’s treasure. My first pair of designer shoes. Fitting that they’re a shocking neon yellow. “Hello, world”. Floodgates opened.

My love of action, adventure, fantasy and sci-fi runs deep. So when Vans announced a line of limited edition pieces for Star Wars, they had my undivided attention. I grabbed the closest thing I own to a Jedi robe and found the nearest docking bay.  My only regret is that I don’t fit into kids sizes to buy the Storm Trooper and Darth Vadar editions.  The Force is strong with this one.

In the Spring, this outfit kinda makes me want to visit a dude ranch City Slickers style. In the Winter, I usually add a black furry vest and channel my inner Rachel Zoe. Either way, coated skinnies, chain link shoes and Aztec print silk make me feel like an adventure is on the horizon.

This frothy pink concoction always makes me think of cherubim and seraphim. It seemed appropriate to let it have it’s wings. In memory of all our angels out there, Happy Memorial Day.
